Vir Amar Dasmahpatra is the Talent Director for Middle East and Africa in Schneider Electric. He is based in Dubai, UAE. Vir brings over 12 years of diverse experiences in multinationals, spanning the domains of User Experience (UX), Leadership Consulting and HR. Prior to his current role, he led Talent Management for Schneider Electric in the Greater India zone. Vir is passionate about enabling people to achieve their full potential in the journey of supporting the organization to realize its vision and mission. His work involves the interplay of Talent Identification and Development, Leadership Development, Succession planning, Organization Development and Culture. He is also a certified coach and takes a keen interest in learning and applying different methodologies for individual and collective transformation.
