Ibrahim has hands on experience across industry such as ICT, Railway , Airport/Aviation, and Banking and has a particular focus on developing and implementing new HR practices.

Prior joining Mobily , Ibrahim was the Head of HR Development and CoE at SAR, rolling out HR projects related to HR Transformation, Workforce planning, Talent Management, Change management activities, and HR function assessment.
