Holder of a Bachelor degree in Statistics of Computer Science, and a Master degree in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University.

Lama is the People Strategy & Experience General Manager in stc, the leading digital champion & telecom operator in the MENA region.

Prior to joining stc, she hold multiple positions at Saudi Aramco Oil Company, where she was considered one of the national talented leaders in HR Field.

She has multiple professional certificates in HR, Leadership, and technology management such as: Digital Business Transformation Management from CXO, in addition to 7 different SAP models certifications.

Lama is an action-oriented personality, utilizing strong leadership, management proficiency and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different stakeholders across different business lines to support organizations’ visions and to create impact & add value to the business.

Due to the rich knowledge and the extensive experience she has got in HRM, IT, and business management, she was able to successfully manage multiple critical agendas such as People strategy, HR digital transformation, employees experience & engagement, diversity & inclusion, women empowerment.

She applies the best practices in HRM field, and she turns the plans into live actions through innovative solutions and through utilizing the latest technologies that can enable employees perform at higher levels.
