Mohammed Sangoora holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) from one of the top 20 UK universities - the University of Sheffield. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
He is recognized as a Distinguished Leader by the University Michigan. He is also a Certified Graduate Member – Level 7 – of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in London, the leading UK professional body of human resource management practitioners. In addition, he is Certified in Change Management by Prosci®, a global leading professional body of change management.
Mohammed joined stc in 2016 as a Management Training Director. Then, he was appointed as an HR Strategy & Change Management Director – leading the formulation and execution of the HR ‘CARE’ Strategy. He was also heading the Leadership & Business School as a General Manager, focusing on building the digital and leadership capabilities of tomorrow. Now, he is the GM of Learning Business Development general directorate, leading the establishment of the new commercial arm of stc academy to serve both internal and external clients and partners; leading the Knowledge Management, Assessment Center, and Research & Innovation practice in stc. Prior to joining stc, he was a Leadership and Development Manager for Unilever, KSA. Before joining Unilever, he was an HR Manager at GE and an HR Leader at Deloitte.
He is married and he has two sons: Yousef and Aous.
