In her capacity as Chief Omnipreneurship Officer in Al-Dabbagh Group, Sahar has launched several exciting initiatives including a global crowd sourcing program which asks scientists, academics, and thinktanks to help solve global sustainability challenges. The Omnipreneurship Awards- the sustainability Branch looks for carbon negative solutions to help create value while benefiting the environment and our society.

In her pursuit to encourage innovation, Sahar has launched a Group wide internal awards portal; the Omnipreneurship Awards portal which encourages all 10,000 of Al-Dabbagh Global colleagues to submit innovative sustainable solutions to challenges within several sectors. The interactive Omnipreneurship Awards Portal is constantly looking for the “next big thing” so it launches 2- 3 challenges a month, asking Al-Dabbagh colleagues to submit out of the box technically innovative solutions.

One of Sahar’s main goals is to foster the culture of Omnipreneurship and to ensure all leaders within  Al-Dabbagh Group companies create a nurturing work environment that promotes passion and creativity. This was done by building strong internal communication programs, assigning Omnipreneruship coaches and ambassadors who “walk the halls” giving all colleagues a voice through to share their concerns, ideas, and suggestions to constantly improve the work place.

In her previous role as a consultant for the Ministry of Labor and HRDF, Sahar has championed several initiatives to increase female employment, and increase diversity in the workplace. To ensure the success of her passion to increase female employment, Sahar has championed several training and development programs that helped empower her colleagues.

Sahar is a powerful force in the workplace with almost 20 years of experience in the fields of HR as well as PR and Marketing. She uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Sahar is inspired daily by the Omnipreneurship eco-system that governs Al-Dabbagh Group and uses its principals of giving earning and sustaining and values to help guide her decisions and its ten golden rules as accelerators that help her achieve her goals.
