Genese Hendrickson is currently serving as the Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Perigon Pharmacy 360 and Board Member of Perigon Health 360. With more than two decades of experience in healthcare, Genese Hendrickson has earned a reputation for excellence in patient care, working with specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers to launch new products and resolve their most pressing business challenges. Strategic, value-driven, and compassionate, Genese’s philosophy is simple—enhance patient support and customer satisfaction and everything else will fall into place. To that end, Genese’s passion is listening to her clients and delivering customized, holistic solutions that are reverse engineered to best meet their needs.

As the Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Perigon Pharmacy 360, Genese is an active participant in the growth, strategy, and success of Perigon with direct responsibility for revenue growth through pharma, payor, and self-insured employers strategic programs and initiatives. Genese has an innate ability to build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with people at all levels, serving as a trusted advisor to the blue-chip clients who depend on her vast knowledge, intense work ethic, strong leadership style, and ability to quickly drive results.

Prior to Perigon, Genese led Valeda Rx as Chief Executive Officer, and prior to that she was Co-Founder of Vivaleas, a U.S. based consulting firm. In addition, she has previously worked in senior leadership roles in companies that include CuraScript Pharmacy (Express Scripts), Aetna, Magellan Pharmacy Solutions, and Diplomat Pharmacy.

A lifelong learner, Genese earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from the University of Central Florida, as well as certifications in leadership management from Rollins College and is also a Six Sigma Green Belt. A consummate networker, Genese is active in the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Business Association for Women. When Genese isn’t working, she enjoys volunteering with GKTW and Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, in addition to traveling, hiking, and spending time with her immediate family of 4 and close friends.
