In her more than 25-year career, Ticia has been instrumental in shaping and implementing patient copay and hub programs. After roles at pharmaceutical manufacturers Genzyme and UCB, Ticia moved into strategic consulting at PSKW (subsequently acquired by ConnectiveRx) and established herself as a deep subject matter expert in specialty medication challenges related to patient support/hub services and affordability programs. Leading teams that include operations, sales, product, IT, and third-party vendors, her contributions have served more than 200 programs across 30 therapeutic areas in the last decade.

At PSKW, she and a team pioneered brand copay programs as we know them today. Recognizing that hub services would become a critical component of the broader patient services market, she led the acquisition of a hub services provider to help round out the company’s product portfolio.

Throughout her career, Ticia has been identified as a respected subject matter expert who people turn to for education and client consultation. Her passion for creating and evolving effective patient programs in the specialty medication space is infectious.
