Onsite Health & Safety Protocols
We are committed to creating an event where our community, partners, staff and local workforce can have an enjoyable and successful experience, conduct business effectively and do all of this in safety and comfort.
Please take a note of some new requirements and efforts we’ve made to ensure this at Hub, SPP & eServices Optimization. We will continue to update these as needed based on any changing requirements.
Informa Connect Life Sciences requires all attendees to either show proof of vaccination against Covid-19 or proof of a test for Covid-19 taken within the last 72 hours with a negative result. If for some reason you are unable to provide either of these, testing facilities will be available on site, and you will be able to use these to meet the documentation criteria.
While in the Hyatt Regency, you will be required to wear a mask. This includes all the conference areas. This is required by the hotel’s policy. We are planning the following additional measures:
- We will be undertaking increased cleaning of the conference areas.
- We have incorporated greater social distancing into conference room seating layouts, including wider aisles, larger exhibition booths and spaces.
- Any food that you receive will be served only by catering staff or it will be pre-packaged.
- There will be minimal contact at registration enabled where possible by walk through kiosks, plexi glass partitions and staff masks.
- We are minimising physical handouts
The health and safety of our customers and staff remain our #1 priority. Our event has been organized in accordance with the CDC’s guidelines, Informa’s AllSecure Health and Safety standards and other local state and city regulations.
If you have questions, please contact us by email.
Hub, SPP & eServices Optimization will be organised in accordance with Informa’s AllSecure health and safety standard. As the world’s leading events’ organiser, Informa has developed a detailed set of enhanced measures to provide the highest levels of hygiene and safety at its events, providing everyone with reassurance and confidence they are participating in a safe and controlled environment.
Placing your safety at the heart of our events.
When you join our event, you can expect to see that health and safety is a priority, and that a range of measures are in place to ensure everyone involved is able to enjoy a safe, hygienic, productive and high-quality organised event experience.
All Informa events will be run according to official government and local authority guidance in the first instance, as well as any venue or location-specific regulations. In addition, all Informa events will follow the ten Informa AllSecure priority commitments. Wherever applicable and possible, our events will also apply the fuller range of standards and guidelines described in the Informa AllSecure guidebook.
