Please submit photography using the link below to be considered for features in our newsletters or in our social channels. We also encourage you to promote your presence at the show by downloading and using the designs provided for email signatures and social tiles.
1) Call For Exhibitor Photos.
IDS is a year-round resource to promote your brand. Our reach is vast, including print advertising, digital newsletters and our social media channels. We use your images and stories to generate compelling content.
For consideration, please send us the following information:
- New product launches
- Showroom openings
- Exciting collaboration news
- New projects
Images must be high-resolution and professionally shot. A variety of lifestyle and product shots are preferred.
Please label individual images “CompanyName_DesignerName_ProductName”.
To submit you photos, please use the Promotional Image Submission Form.
2.) IDS Toronto 2022 Logos.

4.) #IDSTO22 Social Media Templates.
Download these social media templates to promote your presence at the event on your own social channels. There are three types of visuals to choose from: a general show information visual, a visual with an empty (white) spot that can be used to showcase a product, and a visual including the special 20% discount exhibitors can extend to their audiences.
If you choose to showcase a product, please download the template and insert your photo behind the template visual - this will ensure the product is shown in the designated "gap" in the design.
