Senior Vice President, Accounting at Storebrand

Joakim Kase is senior vice president Accounting and a member of the CFO management group in Storebrand, a leading Nordic longterm savings and occupational pension provider. Joakim is responsible for the statutory reporting in Storebrand and project owner of the IFRS 17 project. Storebrand is an integrated financial service group consisting of affiliates providing pension and savings services, asset management, insurance and retail banking services to mainly the Norwegian and Swedish market. The group is Norway's largest asset manager with more than NOK 700bn under management hereof NOK 260bn backing guaranteed reserves.

Joakim has over 10 years of experience from Storebrand and he has held several positions in the CFO organisation. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and an executive MBA in Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics.
