Gizem ArgüdenBoard Member, Co-founder at Argüden Governance Academy
Gizem Argüden is leading and supporting the development efforts of Argüden Governance Academy, primarily focusing on education and research programs, partnerships of the organization. She started her career as a management consultant in McKinsey & Company in 2010, where she worked primarily with non-profit, healthcare and media companies around the world on strategy, sustainability, organization and operations topics.
Gizem holds a BSc degree in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Management and Real Estate, and minors in Philosophy and Architecture. As a Joseph Wharton Scholar, she wrote her thesis on Cross-national differences in Corporate Governance, focusing on how family business groups and control pyramids corporate governance practices around the world. She is a graduate of Robert College, where she received the A.Sualp Award for Excellence in Science and Arts.
