I have undertaken a pivotal role in steering the trajectory of our firms investment strategy toward the dynamic arena of institutional exits. In charting this course, my primary objective was to forge a path that strategically aligned with the evolving landscape of private equity. The vision was clear: to identify, invest in, and develop real estate projects with an emphasis on short-term exits for long term holds that would resonate with institutional capital.

The execution of this vision was a multifaceted endeavor that encompassed everything from identifying the most promising sector to securing the right mix of financial resources for construction and right partners for a timely exit.

Executing and managing construction in isolation was helped by years of manufacturing and supply experience prior to this, I was passionate about manufacturing apparel, which is not only pleasing to the eye but is engineered for maximum functionality. With no compromise on sewing quality, fabrication keeping in mind the consumer and patterns for the perfect fit. Our factory in Pakistan and sales to wholesalers in USA functions in an extreme organised and systemized manner minimizing the chances of human error.
Starting from 2 stitching lines, into a multi million dollar organization in 6 years with 500 employees, vertical growth into knitting, weaving and drying our own fabrics, to sourcing cheapest yarn from around the world along with grooming talented people for better careers and building great professional teams focused on personal growth, its been a journey worth talking about.
