Peter Neill is the Co-Founder and a Partner at GSP REI, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm focused on acquiring, redeveloping, and managing single-family rental homes. Peter works alongside the firm’s Managing Partner, playing a hands-on role in overseeing all aspects of the business, including acquisitions, construction, property management, and asset management.

He leads the firm’s capital-raising efforts, investor relations, marketing and branding. Peter has led GSP REI’s fund raises, deploying millions in investor capital across multiple successful funds. His investor relations, marketing expertise, and strategic vision have been instrumental in growing the company’s presence and portfolio.

Peter launched his real estate investing career in investor relations at a distressed mortgage investment firm, where he quickly gained a deep understanding of the residential real estate market and full investment lifecycle.
