Alex Cuppage

Mr. Cuppage is a Partner of Silverstripe Investment Management Limited, which is part of the IAG Capital, a significant US family office, with a leading track record across financial services investment in the US and the UK, having deployed over $7bn of Principal capital. Mr. Cuppage is responsible for sourcing, evaluation, executing and managing all investment opportunities. Mr. Cuppage has over 17 years of investment structuring and banking experience. Prior to his current role Mr. Cuppage was a Director and headed up European Investments at Sherman Financial Group since 2013. During this time, he established Sherman’s presence in Europe, investing directly across banking, specialty finance, credit, private equity, and real estate. Prior to joining Sherman, Mr. Cuppage worked for IBRC in London in the Leveraged Finance Division where he held a variety of senior management roles, the latter of which was managing the work out of a GBP£5 billion distressed loan portfolio with underlying real estate and corporate assets. Mr. Cuppage holds a BA Hons in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. Mr. Cuppage sits on the boards of several Silverstripe portfolio companies and is also a member of the Milken Institute Young Leader’s Circle.
