Alison held a number of senior leadership positions in the financial services sector. Her roles have ranged from national partnerships manager at Aviva to regional director for Barclays Private Clients. As part of these leadership roles, Alison coached and mentored senior managers to be more confident and effective public speakers across a number of businesses.

Alison has delivered various courses on public speaking and presentation skills world-wide both as part of her role as executive coach to CEOs and CFOs and as stand-alone events. She has also successfully managed run a number of businesses and charities and continues to do so.
