Carolina is CEO of Arabesque AI and is passionate about bringing technology and innovation to the field of sustainable investments. She has a quantitative background and deep experience serving premier asset management and financial services companies. She is an expert in customised solution investing, including achieving net-zero priorities; creating impactful (SDG-aligned) strategies; and combining quant and fundamental approaches to deliver more efficiently constructed customised portfolios.

A member of several external boards/advisory councils, recipient of many awards, and fluent in Italian, French and English, Carolina has a PhD in Finance from the London Business School, an MBA in Finance from the Université Catholique De Louvain, a BSc in Economics from Université Libre De Bruxelles, and completed an executive course at Harvard Business School. Her interests include modern art, architecture, theatre, skiing, sailing, tennis and rowing.
