Presently, Elisa is leading the Transformation of AAIS with the support of a fabulous team, we are designing the new operating model, digitalizing the IT platform to enable sustainable growth and becoming a data-centric firm. We are implementing robust and leading-edge technologies. We are promoting top quality in everything we do and nurturing a “client-first” culture. Prior to this, Elisa held diverse leadership positions in general management and risk management at well-known international companies. Elisa has advised large banks and asset managers on risk management in Europe and the Middle East. She has been a non-executive director of UCITS and Alternatives Investment funds. She is a regular speaker at various industry forums (Fund Forum, ALFI, ABBL, Risk Minds). She was ABBL Banking Supervisory Committee Vice-President and member of the Experts’ Committee in collaboration with the CSSF in Luxembourg for several Circulars’ definition.
