Fiona McKay is an award winning entrepreneur, business change & transformation strategist, Ultra & High Net Worth (HNW) leadership succession expert.  She is the Managing Director of Lightbulb Leadership Solutions, a leadership and transformation consultancy for great growth leaders. She has a unique grasp and expertise on the forces that drive, derail & deny both the professional and personal trajectories of business leaders and has a solutions skills set specifically for leaders facing complex change in contemporary markets, bringing a realism and dynamism to consultancy which few can match.

A pioneer in the burgeoning field of Leadership Index Valuation, Ultra & High Net Worth (HNW) business leadership transition & succession planning, Fiona works globally with investors, The C Suite and their operational teams. She enables them to execute complex change in shifting and changing landscapes, helping them plan profitable routes through their organisations and deliver above expected returns.

She has lead a ten year research study on workplace feedback entitled ‘Why Feedback Holds Women Back’ showing the damaging differences and impact that gender stereotypical feedback in having on company performance, talent retention, leadership and equal pay. She is the curator of the global #FeedbackFirst campaign, whose aim is to highlight and eradicate gender stereotypical feedback from the workplace. Fiona is a featured writer and contributor to Gulf News, Recruiter Magazine, People Management & Global Recruiter and is a regular media broadcaster on live TV news & radio.

She is an honorary graduate at Manchester Metropolitan University and has also held positions as an Associate Lecturer and Entrepreneur in Residence at its Business School. Fiona is the winner of the Innospace Business Award for Entrepreneurship.
