Florian Uleer

Head of EMEA Wholesale at Columbia Threadneedle Investments

Florian Uleer has been Head of Wholesale Distribution for Europe at Columbia Threadneedle Investments since 2022 and is now Head of EMEA Wholesale. He joined the firm in 2015 as Country Head for Germany. In this role he has been responsible for offering Columbia Threadneedle’s comprehensive investment solutions to institutional clients and developing business relationships with distribution partners. Since 2019 Florian Uleer is also Member of the Board of Directors of Threadneedle Management Luxembourg SA. Before joining the company Florian spent three years at Schroders as Senior Sales Director, responsible for key accounts including banks, large asset managers, fund of funds, family offices, platforms and investment consultants across Germany and Luxembourg. Prior to Schroders, Florian spent five years at Union Investment Institutional GmbH, where he was responsible for German institutional clients.Florian holds an MBA from Durham Business School (UK) and the European Business School of Oestrich-Winkel.
