Justin Kew is a Senior ESG Analyst for BAM working who is responsible for ESG research for BAM. He started at BAM in September 2021 after working at Carmignac as an Head of ESG Analyst for more than 2 years and as a Senior ESG Analyst at Fidelity International. He had built the ESG research capabilities and platforms within these firms for the fund management team. Throughout these time, he focus on integration of ESG data with financial market ESG data to help the fund management team enhance alpha generation. Justin is a CFA charter holder and had also spent some time in Schroders and J.P. Morgan.
