Mandy Nyarko

Managing Partner at Startup Discovery School, MCG Ventures

Mandy is an investor and the co- founder of ESG focused innovation consultancy Startup Discovery School who have designed incubators, accelerators and open innovation programmes for public and private organisations in the U.K. and Africa who are focused on building sustainability startups. Some of her customers include HSBC and the UK Governments innovation arm Innovate UK KTN. She is also an advisor on the SME action board to the UK Department of Business energy and industrial strategy.

She is an accredited coach and an alumni of Cambridge university institute of sustainability leadership.

She has a corporate background in banking, and has worked at 2 of the BIG 5 UK banks, coaching senior leaders to deliver and embed new processes that develop and nurture their workforce (management/front line) whilst delivering strong financial results. She is an alumni of Cambridge University Institute of Sustainability Leadership(CISL) for Business Sustainability Management.

Mandy is also a Venture partner at Ada ventures a 50M fund focused on investing in underrepresented founders.
