Mariam Rassai

Head of Client Experience & Digital Transformation at BNP Paribas Wealth Management

Mariam Rassai has over 25 years of successful experience in the banking and wealth management industry, leading complex transformation programs with a strong technology component.

Mariam is a Computer Science engineer, and joined BNP Paribas in 1993 as a project manager for IT and for Capital Markets Fixed Income. In 2001, Mariam joined Wealth Management where she was in charge of various transformation projects, and of the Wealth Management Organization team. From 2011 to 2016, Mariam was responsible of Learning & Development and designed the BNPP Certified Private Banker program. Since 2016, Mariam is in charge of digital strategy, design and delivery of client digital platforms and Content platforms, as well as watch and partnership with start-ups. Since 2021, Mariam is also in charge of Wealth Management Data transformation. Mariam has a multicultural background and speaks French, English, Persian and Italian.
