Nawel joined Pareto Asset Management in 2020 as an analyst from Swisslife Asset Managers France. She initially focused on ESG integration within the firm’s fixed income strategies. Since last year, she leads the development of Pareto Asset Management ESG framework, working closely with investment managers across Nordic and global funds spanning both fixed income and equity.
