Pat is the Country Managing Director, UK at CACEIS, with responsibility and oversight for the UK business, supporting both the pensions and asset management sectors, delivering securities services and reporting solutions that are grounded in strong data governance. With a focus on innovation and driving change, Pat leads a team that has developed governance solutions such as cost transparency, ESG and Carbon Reporting.

Pat has extensive expertise and knowledge in the UK Securities Services and Pensions industries, bringing together 30 years’ experience at HSBC Securities Services, which included 22 years working with UK pension schemes, before joining CACEIS (previously KAS BANK) in 2015. Pat is currently a Trustee for the KAS BANK (UK) Retirement Benefit Scheme, working hard to ensure the best possible retirement income for its members, and was previously a Member Nominated Director of the HSBC UK Pension Trust, working across DB and DC schemes.

Outside of work, Pat is a semi-professional dressage rider, building a unique sporting partnership built on commitment, performance and trust with her horses.
