Executive Director, Emerging Market Debt responsible for Sovereign & ESG Research at Goldman Sachs Asset Management

Prakriti is a senior member of the emerging market debt team and is responsible for sovereign research coverage. She is also an ESG Sovereign specialist. She joined Goldman Sachs in July 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Prakriti was senior regional economist for Barclays in Singapore. Earlier in her career Prakriti worked for HSBC focusing on Asia and with IDEAglobal covering Australia and New Zealand. Prakriti received a PhD in macroeconomics from Cardiff University in 2005. She earned a MSc. from Cardiff University in 2001 and Bachelors of Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University in 2000.
