The Grimaldi Forum,

How we're bringing the industry together safely in Monaco this October

“The safety of the public has always been one of the Principality’s top priorities. The Grimaldi Forum is proud to be one of the first establishments in the Principality to receive the 'Monaco Safe' label from the Government, recognising the sanitary measures we have put in place to ensure our guests have a safe experience from the start of the event to the finish. We are very much looking forward to welcoming IM|Power and FundForum International attendees to Monaco in a safe, sanitary environment.”

Sylvie Biancheri, General Director of the Grimaldi Forum.

Working closely with government, local authorities and venues

Our first priority in bringing IM|Power back in-person will be to work closely with local government and authorities. The event will be planned carefully in accordance with local advice and guidelines.

We have maintained a close working relationship with the Grimaldi Forum for many years. With large conference theaters, open indoor spaces as well as plenty of outdoor space, we'll make sure we can bring you together with your peers, clients and colleagues as safely as possible.

Informa AllSecure

Informa AllSecure is a comprehensive set of enhanced measures to provide everyone who joins our events with the confidence that the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are being applied.

You’ll notice more frequent cleaning of high-touch areas at our events, as well as hand sanitising stations and signage encouraging everyone to regularly wash and disinfect their hands.

We are minimising the number of touchpoints at the event by offering non-contact registration and reminders to maintain physical distancing where necessary.

We are asking everyone to avoid handshakes in favor of non-contact greetings and reducing the need to queue by staggering admission times and updating floor plans. One way systems will also be adopted in high traffic areas - ensuring you can move through the event safely and confidently.
