IM|Power: the virtual event

Get started early
Registered delegates will be provided with unique logins to the virtual platform. These will be sent via email before the event starts.
We encourage you to spend a few minutes creating your personal profile - it will act as your 'face' for the event. First impressions count.
Let people know who you are and what you're looking for. Remember - the more you put in at this stage, the more you'll get out.
Make every moment count
IM|Power will take place from Monday 5th October - Friday 16th October. Attendees can login at anytime during that window to hold meetings, connect and collaborate with fellow delegates.
Access the virtual platform from your laptop, your mobile or your tablet so that wherever you need to be, it's easy to slot in meetings or watch content on the go!
Choose who to connect with
Once you've set up your profile, you'll be able to browse the directory to see who else is attending.
Simply use the filters to browse easily, select the people of most interest to your business and invite them to chat via video link.
Meet the people that matter: one-to-one
Our video meeting software is contained seamlessly within the digital platform. Reach out to fellow delegates, send a message to arrange a good time to meet and open the video link to start your meeting.
One-to-one meetings are perfect for holding a more private conversation or discussing something in depth, with plenty of time during the event to hold as many meetings as you need.
No need to hunt for somewhere quiet or a place to sit down!
As well as being able to hold one-to-one meetings, our functionality allows you to invite as many other delegates to your meeting as you want.
In the middle of a meeting and need back up from a colleague? Simply search for them from the delegate list and connect them in seamlessly.
Plus, the in-meeting software means you can send and share graphics, documents or just add notes in the live-chat function during the meeting for everyone to see.
Your online agenda
- The agenda for IM|Power 2020 spans Monday 5th - Friday 16th October
- Digital-only delegates get access to everything, including the sessions being streamed live from the physical events
- Browse the agenda and bookmark sessions to add them to your diary
- Choose to watch live or catch up on-demand at a time that suits you
Watch live or on-demand
Attendees will be able to watch content live-streamed or on-demand.
- Live streamed content will feature speakers and panelists taking place in a live discussion - you'll be watching in real time. Plus, you will be able to add comments, ask questions and see who else is watching along with you
- On-demand - content will be made available after the event for attendees to re-watch or catch anything they may have missed*
*(excluding sessions limited to closed-door attendance, using the Chatham House Rule or where a speaker has requested privacy.)
Visit the knowledge hubs
We know that a big part of coming to IM|Power is being able to wander through the exhibition hall and chat to solution providers directly.
The digital platform allows us to take the exhibition hall online! Use search filters to browse for the solution you're looking for, ask questions in live-message functionality, look through videos and other collateral and arrange a quick face-to-face video call when you're ready to get more specific.
