Aditya Kumar is an alumnus of National Law School of India University, Bangalore and a winner of the Resolution Fellowship. His primary focus is advising and representing NKR’s clients on their corporate/commercial disputes before various forums. Aditya currently represents the State of Jharkhand before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and assisted the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the successful overturning of the cryptocurrency “ban” by the Reserve Bank of India. He has represented clients in high value infrastructure arbitrations and currently practices and represents his clients before the National Company Law Tribunals across the country, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (Delhi and Chennai), the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, the High Court of Delhi, and the Supreme Court of India.
