Arvind Nayar practices in the Courts and Tribunals in New Delhi, with a focus on Company Law and Banking practices and Labour and Service Laws. After studying law at the University of Delhi, he began his career 1997 with Suri & Co. He went on to work with Amarchand, Mangaldas and Suresh A Shroff post which he trained under Senior Advocate Rajiv Nayar for a short period before starting his independent practice in 2001.
Arvind was designated as Senior Advocate by the High Court of Delhi in 2017 and his practice spans appearances in the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi and the various commercial tribunals situate in Delhi. He appears in a variety of practice areas including banking, company, insolvency, and service and competition law.
