Dushyant is an Intellectual Property Lawyer who completed his LL. B. from Faculty of Law, Delhi University in 2004. He then completed his Masters in IPR Law from University of Queensland, Australia in 2004-05. Since 2005, he practices in Delhi High Court. Dushyant has experience in various fields apart from IP law like Arbitration, Competition Law, Criminal Law and cases of cheque bouncing to name a few. He was senior litigator in a law firm till 2010 when he started his own private practice.
