Skilled in dispute management, insightful advice and intense and precise advocacy. Well-versed with the LCIA, ICC, GAFTA, LMAA, SIAC, KCAB rules. Acts as Counsel, and quite frequently also as co-Counsel to some of the largest law firms in the world.
Apart from international arbitration, Baya has acted as co-Counsel to foreign law firms in Court litigation in the US, Saudi Arabia and Thailand.
LexArbitri became a GAR100 firm in 2015 and continues to be recognized as a GAR100 firm ever since (barring 2019). In early 2017, Baya was listed by Who's Who Legal as a Future Leader in Arbitration and continues to be listed every year since.
In late 2014, Baya was appointed as a member of the YSIAC Leadership Committee, a position he held until November 2016.
