Vivek Vashi is recognized as a leading dispute resolution practitioner in India.
Vivek commenced his career in law as a trainee in 1999 with Amarchand & Mangaldas (as it was then called). On his qualification in 2002, he was retained as an Associate and as a Senior Associate after his qualification as a Solicitor in 2004. In 2008, Vivek co-founded Bharucha & Partners.
Vashi and Vashi was founded in 2017 by Vivek, after he parted ways with his erstwhile firm to set up his independent practice in Mumbai along with his entire team of 17 associates. After a spectacular run in the last year, Vashi and Vashi now has a team of 20 associates, driven by Vivek, and is poised to handle various complex and high-stakes disputes across India, including litigation before all tribunals, magistrates and courts, including the Supreme Court, and domestic and international arbitrations, including LCIA, SIAC and ICC arbitrations and national company law tribunals.
