Fernando Garcia Nicodemos graduated in Electrical Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial - São Bernando do Campo. Received his Master's in Electronic Engineering and Doctorate in Aerospace Systems and Mechatronics both from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - São José dos Campos.

Fernando began his research career in scientific initiation projects, still at the university. Since then, he has participated in several research and development projects within the industry during his Master's and Doctorate studies, contributing to the development of new products.

In 2006, Fernando founded NCB Sistemas Embarcados, a technology-based company focused on the development of autonomous embedded systems for process optimization and increased efficiency for the agricultural sector. At the moment, its main area of interest is that of embedded systems for the precision biological control through the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, better known as drones.
