Angie Herbers is Founder and Chief Executive of Herbers & Company. She brings over 17 years of experience consulting, researching and training financial advisory firms to long-term, scalable growth.
The consulting division of her firm creates growth strategies in the eight areas of practice management, which include leadership, corporate finance, client service, operations, management, human capital, sales, and marketing.
Throughout its existence, her company has been Nationally recognized for its independent practice management research division. The research division is dedicated to solving advisory firm growth issues, most notably, Diamond Teams® a 2013 research study that solved advisory firm career track issues.
For the past 13 years, Herbers has been a leading columnist for Investment Advisor magazine and writes a popular blog called, “The Fast Track” for ThinkAdvisor.com.
Investment Advisor has named Herbers one of the “Top 25 Most Influential People in the Advisory Industry” in 2007, 2013, 2015, 2018 and 2019. She is the only woman in the advisory industry to win this award five times.
In 2017, Herbers created a CFP registered student scholarship fund called, “I love U too.” The scholarship fund helps solve the talent shortage for new advisors.
Herbers is a 2001 graduate of Kansas State University. She has a degree in family studies and human services, personal financial planning and a minor in business.
