Head Of Product Strategy, Funds And Managed Accounts at FlexShares Exchange Traded Funds Group

With more than 15 years of investment management experience in product strategy, development, management and marketing, Crystal is a seasoned veteran with an extensive track record in product strategy – ranging from ideation and development to promotion and distribution. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Crystal led various product strategy, management and development teams at Nuveen and Principal Global Investors. She has also served as a client portfolio manager for Principal Global Fixed Income and has held various product and consultant relations roles at Aviva Investors. 

Crystal earned a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
 
She holds FINRA series 24, 7 and 63 licenses and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
 

Crystal enjoys travel, skiing (snow and water) scuba diving and fishing but most importantly spending time with her family.  As a mom of three, you can find her spending most time outside of work watching her sons play hockey or creating magic with her 2 year old daughter.
