Joe Rappa is responsible for the creation and implementation of Citi’s ETF strategy within the Custody and Fund Services business. Mr. Rappa evaluates the business needs, direction, and competitive landscape to assess Citi’s capabilities to best serve client needs. This includes conducting operational re-engineering and technological optimization to drive product evolution and efficiencies.
