Currently, Malik is CEO of K2 Leaders Inc, a New York-based Wealth Management advisory firm which provides teaching, coaching, and consulting for Wealth Management institutes, business schools, and financial industry clients.

He is a noted speaker at industry conferences on: WM Best Practices East and West; mega-trends like ESG, women’s empowerment, digital innovations in WM; exceptional client experience; excellence in leadership; sales productivity growth; and financial advisory platforms/products innovation.























Malik has been the Global Head of Sales Management/Wealth Development at HSBC,  WM head at ADIB, Senior Executive at Permal, Citi and Merrill Lynch. At Citi, he was the President of Citicorp Investment Services (US) and Regional Head of Wealth Management (Asia), growing their market share and profitability.

He is a Senior Advisor to a management consulting firm and to Singapore Consultancy, as well as a Council Member of GLG. Malik is an Advisor, and along with his wife, Najmi, a Development Partner of Acumen (social impact) and DIL (girl’s education). Malik’s mantra is:
