• Prior to same have worked in Deloitte in the field of Global Business Tax Projects Undertaken: Have worked on some of the most technical projects such as projects on Permanent Establishment, Inbound and outbound expatriate taxation, Restructuring corporate form, Slump sale and acquisition of companies, Structuring of investments in India, Tax efficient Repatriation of profits, Tax efficient Project execution methodology and Project Structure, solving complex transfer pricing issues, assistance in determination of group transfer pricing policies etc. apart from compliance, advisory, Representation and Litigation. Academic Background and Achievements • Chartered Accountant securing All India 19th Rank. 

• Company Secretary securing All India 4th Rank. Also, Secured All India 7th Rank in CS Intermediate. 

• Masters in Commerce from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda with First class.
