Dawn GoodmanPartner at Withers
Dawn is a partner in Withers' trust, estate and inheritance disputes team with a wealth of experience litigating and working proactively with wealth-holding structures. She is tri-qualified (E&W, BVI and Eire) and acts in and advises on litigation spanning the whole range of trust and succession issues.
Previously a divorce lawyer, she also advises trustees and beneficiaries caught up in divorce proceedings and is the co-editor of 'International Trust and Divorce Litigation', now in its third edition. Having represented parties for many years in mediation, Dawn has been accredited as a mediator by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
Dawn advises trustees on risk management and mitigation and stress test existing and proposed structures with a view to creating or reforming into more robust structures.
She is also a fiduciary and on the PTC board for an UHNW family.
