Andrew has worked in the area of information law for over 15 years and is Head of Privacy at Natwest were he has worked for 8 years.

He advises on all aspects of privacy and client confidentiality and implements processes/oversees to ensure that the law is met (e.g. Privacy Impact Assessment, Subject Access and Breach Notification processes). Andrew has worked on a number of cross financial industry initiatives (e.g. Open Banking, data sharing to combat financial crime, Confirmation of Payee)and regularly contributes to industry legal and regulatory consultations regarding privacy.
