Senior Vice President, Development at Fengate

Andrew Konev is a senior member of Fengate’s Real Estate group. He is responsible for the execution of the development and construction strategies of Fengate’s real estate portfolio, which spans across multiple asset classes and geographies. His experience and discipline in managing all aspects of the development process have been vital in delivering landmark projects across Southern Ontario. Most recently, Andrew has been working on the development of Fengate’s residential projects consisting of 10,000 units, including the Rail Deck District, as well as the development of over 3 million sq. ft. of industrial projects across the GTHA. Fengate’s Real Estate group is a fully integrated asset and development manager, overseeing a wide range of asset classes including office, industrial, apartments, student housing and seniors housing worth over $9B in completed value.
