Portfolio Manager at Dream Impact Fund

Jamie Cooper joined Dream in 2014 and is currently Portfolio Manager for Dream Impact Fund and a member of Dream’s executive management team. Jamie is responsible for screening and structuring investments that align with Dream’s social and environmental initiatives. He oversees all aspects of the Impact Fund's financial and impact performance. This includes identifying and executing on acquisitions that fit Dream’s criteria, monitoring development progress, and managing portfolio construction and asset allocation. Jamie has led Dream’s growth into the ownership and management of Canadian apartment properties including working closely with the Federal government to establish innovative financing programs for the creation of affordable and sustainable housing. Jamie is a Chartered Financial Analyst and earned a Bachelor in Commerce from Queen’s University.
