Kumaran Ponnambalam is a Big Data, Analytics and AI leader with 15+ years of experience. His focus is on creating robust, scalable data platforms and models to drive effective customer engagements.  He is currently leading data architecture and analytics initiatives for the WebEx Cloud Contact Center at Cisco. In his current and previous roles, he has built data pipelines, models, analytics, integrations and predictions around customer engagement. He has also authored several courses on the LinkedIn Learning Platform in Big Data and Predictive Analytics.

He holds a MS in Information Technology and advanced certificates in Data Science and Project Management.
