Sararuth Delice is a veteran in the television industry bringing over fifteen years of experience to her current role as Director of Research for TLC, a female focused network viewed in over 80 millions of homes globally. As an experienced media researcher, Delice knows firsthand not just who viewers are but what drives them to tune in. Her extensive background in understanding diverse audiences and role as a creative influencer has guided critical decisions in Sales, Marketing, Programming and Licensing. Her research continues to inform network brand initiatives within Discovery, Inc. and has been recognized by her peers and organization with numerous Stellar Awards for her work. Delice obtained her B.A. in sociology from the State University of New York at Buffalo and currently sits on the advisory board of Color Vision, an organization that advocates for women of color in the media industry. She is also a volunteer with the Haitian Embassy, an Ambassador for the National Museum of African American History & Culture, and a guest lecturer on research, marketing, and designing your personal brand.
