Over the past nearly 20 years, Wayne has spent his career focused squarely on research. He has worked on both the client and partner sides uncovering insights through a number of methods - qualitative, quantitative, communities, and most recently, at Invoke, where he leads real-time research sessions with clients across a number of industries, including Media & Entertainment, Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharma/Healthcare, Financial Services, and Technology. Wayne holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst.
