Pass Registration Due - Monday, September 19th

You are entitled to a certain number of complimentary registration passes per your agreement. If you are unsure how many passes you have used or what comes with your package, please contact  Meghan Gemmell - meghan.gemmell@informa.com

Complimentary Passes

The primary contact from each company will receive a unique activation link and details of how to create an account on our registration portal, Visit Connect, to register your complimentary passes for the in-person event. All in-person passes will be automatically registered for the virtual event.

You are entitled to a certain number of complimentary registration passes per your agreement. If you are unsure of how many passes you have used, or what is included within your package, please contact Meghan Gemmell - Meghan.Gemmell@informa.com

Instructions on how to register your complimentary passes will be communicated via email through the Exhibitor Manual Kit.  If you have any changes to registered passes after submitting you will be able to update the names, or remove and re-add a new individual, via that same link.

Speakers will automatically be registered and do not count towards your complimentary booth pass allotment. If you have not yet submitted your speaker details, please send to Meghan Gemmell as soon as possible.  Speakers will be contacted directly with further information about their participation.  

Lead Retrieval

  • Each individual attending the physical event will have their own list of leads collected and access to the lead retrieval technology.
  • To access, log into the ConnectMe app. Your specific event code for the ConnectMe app is LS2022.You’ll see a Lead Retrieval button on your home page. Clicking this will bring you to Visit Connect – you’ll then want to follow the instructions to add it to your home screen to simplify the badge scanning process. Be sure to copy the activation link to login to the Visit Connect app.

**It is important not to forgo the ConnectMe app and go straight to downloading the Visit Connect App from the app store – this will disrupt your leads and may result in lost data. You must go through ConnectMe. Once you have it setup initially, you may go directly to Visit Connect to scan your leads. Please find me onsite if you are unsure or have any questions.

  • Once you accept the terms, you’ll be able to scan leads using the QR code scanner. Click the ‘Add Person’ icon in the bottom right hand corner. This will pop you into your QR scanner. Once a badge is scanned, it will appear your dashboard in Visit Connect!
  • If you are sponsoring a session, we recommend stationing a team member at the entrance to the session room to scan attendees that enter or exit the room for your session! 
      • Please note: this is separate technology from the ConnectMe attendee app, which will not work to scan badges.
      • If you have questions, please visit the Informa staff at the registration desk.
      • Leads captured using the Visit Connect Lead Retrieval App will be available to you immediately, in real time; as well as after the event in your Alchemy Analytics Report


**PLEASE NOTE: You will not see this technology in your app until 2 weeks out from the event.

Hybrid Event: October 12-14, 2022

As MDRP 2022 is a hybrid event, we will be live-streaming a portion of the in-person content to a virtual audience. Following the in-person dates, a portion of the live session recordings will be housed in our on-demand section within the ConnectMe portal. Your virtual sponsor hub allows you to connect directly with attendees and is a place for you to display content such as videos, images and documents. Attendees can connect with you via video chat and messenger functions and you are able to host 1-2-1 meetings.

We will be scheduling a demo to run through the platform and show you how to edit your booth.

  • Company description (500 characters max with spaces)
  • Company logo (500 x 300 px with transparent background)

  • Videos: up to 3 (5min max each) - HD 1920 x 1080 px or 1280 x 720 px - MP4
  • Social Media Links (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn are possible, but not required)

BETTER STANDS 

Through our commitment to the evolution of the exhibitions industry, we aim to ensure that we are delivering the best possible experience for our customers. We believe that by moving away from the use of disposable exhibition booth we will improve the ease, quality, safety and sustainability of the exhibitor experience at our events. Therefore, as part of event regulation we ask that exhibitors do not use disposable booth. Disposable booths are defined as space only stands made to be used only once which are usually constructed from raw materials at the venue during build up and the main structure is disposed of after the event. **We are specifying that any freebuild exhibitors must demonstrate evidence at both the design concept and build methodology that your stand’s core structural materials are re-useable or recycled. 

Permitted Onsite

  • Core elements i.e. walls, archways, counters etc. must be constructed with reusable materials e.g. system build or stock panels 

  • The stand structure must be prefabricated and ready to assemble onsite 

  • Final adjustments to prefabricated pieces for fitting purposes is allowed 

  • Final coat of acceptable TVOC paints for repair purposes only 

  • Floor flats and system floors must be cut to size before coming onsite and be recyclable and/or reusable 

  • The use of LED lighting 

  • The use of recycled carpet, vinyl flooring, other floor coverings

Prohibited Onsite

  • The use of one-time MDF panels or similar raw materials planned to be cutting to size onsite 

  • The use of ‘other’ raw materials to construct core structural elements i.e. walls, archways, floor systems, counters, etc. that are not planned to be reused or recycled after use 

  • Construction of any stand components from single use materials 

  • Building from scratch onsite of any stand core elements 

  • The use of incandescent light bulbs 

  • The use of non-recycled carpet, vinyl flooring, other floor coverings.
