Director, 340B Product and Service Leader at Cardinal Health

In his current role, Mr. Neal acts as the head subject matter expert on 340B issues for the Cardinal Health enterprise, leading the development of strategy, policies, and service offerings across all business units and classes of trade. As a result, Mr. Neal has a wide range of experience with 340B stakeholders, their diverse perspectives and priorities, and the different challenges they face with operationalizing and optimizing the program. Mr. Neal is also responsible for managing Cardinal Health’s 340B consulting business, which offers expert guidance and project support to 340B covered entities.
