David Chan is the CEO and Co-Founder of Riparian. With more than twenty years of experience in an advisory role, David’s primary concentration has been on the life sciences industry, assisting organizations with financial, operational, and government exposures inherent in the complex and self-reporting nature of contractual arrangements. Engagements have included pharmaceutical pricing program calculations, pharmaceutical inventory pipeline analyses, financial damage analyses, financial modeling, contract compliance services, policy and procedure development, data mining and forensic accounting.

David has orchestrated the efforts of numerous multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams in conjunction with internal and/or external counsel involving matters of privilege. David has extensive experience in designing, building, and maintaining large and multifaceted datasets from disparate sources and performing the associated mining and modeling analytics.
