Currently Works for HRSA’s Health Systems Bureau, Office of Pharmacy Affairs, Office of the Director as a Senior Public Health Analyst. Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) with responsibilities of performing a variety of unusual and complex professional tasks to include policy development, review of reports, and representation of the Office in high-level external meetings. Senior Public Health Analyst for new ACA statutory requirements associated with 340B Drug Pricing for 340B participating manufacturers to include establishing a communications, implementation plans, and conflict resolution.  CDR Hardin’s overall ability to lead, and manage complex, time-sensitive mission critical initiatives, which necessitate the enlistment, support, and cooperation of crosscutting teams encompassing internal and external stakeholders both Federal and Non-Governmental Organizations leading to his recognition as a policy and compliance officer within pharmaceutical health industry.  CDR Hardin has a long federal service career spanning over 24 years between the US Navy, Army National Guard, and the US Public Health Service.  His roles have ranged from performing as a Medical Laboratory Technician for both Clinical Lab and Biological warfare, Clinical Nursing-specializing in emergency care, and Business Administration roles for the past 17 years.  The Administration roles have been primarily in the Office of the Secretary of Health and Human Services, Food and Drug Administration, and Health Resources and Services Administration.
