Margaux Hall
Counsel at Hogan Lovells

Margaux Hall’s practice is at the forefront of health reform in federal health care programs. She has extensive knowledge about prescription drug pricing, including contracting arrangements; drug price reporting obligations under Medicaid, Medicare, and the Public Health Service programs; and the manner in which vertical integrations are affecting the pharmaceutical supply chain.  She also advises clients on legal and policy issues relating to delivery system reforms, including emerging value-based payment approaches for drugs and other products in Medicare and Medicaid.   Additionally, Margaux focuses on the requirements that pertain to Medicare Advantage plans and Medicaid managed care organizations.

Margaux counsels clients on the nuts and bolts of health care regulations as they exist today. But she also has her finger firmly on the pulse of where and how the federal and state policy landscape is shifting. Her experience and knowledge allow her to advise clients on practical solutions to problems in the changing health care landscape.

Early in her legal career, Margaux received a Fulbright Fellowship to research health care law and health system reform in South Africa and then helped lead similar research programs with the World Bank's Legal Vice Presidency. Before attending Harvard Law School, Margaux worked as an engineer for a globally recognized engineering consulting firm. Through those experiences, Margaux refined her diplomacy and problem-solving skills, which she regularly draws upon to help clients strategically solve complex legal questions.
